We are very happy to announce the reopening of the Carioca store: Monday, May 11, 2020 at 2 p.m.

 

In the face of the exceptional circumstances induced by the health crisis we are undergoing, CARIOCA has adopted a very strict protocol will be implemented as soon as it reopens. Conscious of the efforts that these restrictive measures impose on us all, we thank you in advance for agreeing to adhere them strictly. We are determined to enforce those measures as long as necessary in order to protect your health, that of our teams as well as that of the population of our country.

 

You will find the essential informations below:

Traffic flow and presence in the store:

- At the entrance : Possible waiting outside while respecting the rules of social distancing.

- In the store : Maximum two clients at any point in time.

• Respect social distancing, (minimum 2 meters) in the shop.

• Respect a direction of circulation in the store.

• Entrance and exit of the store are separate from each other to avoid crossing people.

Health and sanitary protection:

- At the entrance of the store:

• Hand sanitizing is compulsory.

• Supply of an FFP1 surgical mask and provision of disposable gloves for our clients.

- In the store: ​

• Sanitizing points available in the boutique and fitting room.

• The wearing of the mask in the cabin during fitting is mandatory.

• Systematic hand sanitizing at the end of the fitting (Customer and Sales Assistant).

• The clothes tried are systematically cleaned using a steam engine when leaving the cabin.

• Hand sanitizing recommended on leaving the store.

- Our Sales Assistant are equipped with FFP1 and FFP2 Masks,

• Systematic manual sanitizing during and after each client's visit.

• The store is fully ventilated every hour.

• All store equipment (hangers, cash desk, table, credit card machine ...) is sanitizing after each visit.
